We received a voucher for a tour as a present. Had a lovely afternoon learning all about gin distillery from a very lovely, informative tour guide. The actual location is fabulous - lots of history and nice architecture. Did feel at times that you are on a conveyor belt as so many tours going on. Would definitely try a different tour though next time!

Really interesting place to visit. Loads of history and the guide was very knowledgeable. All the staff were really delightful, welcoming and great to chat to.We went for the Discovery Visit, but I definitely want to go back for a cocktail master class. You can visit the cafe and shop anytime. It doesn't have to be part of a tour. Nice shop with good offers, despite what I've read from other reviews.

Best gin tour of our trip, and we did four. It was very informative and the location has a lot of historical significance, in addition to being beautiful. The distilling process is slightly unique from other distilleries and it's really interesting to see. The greenhouses though, are incredible, and a great addition to the tour. Our tour guide was wonderful and the gin and tonic at the beginning was a great way to kick everything off.

A lovely guided tour of the distillery. A very informative guide and the tour took in all the parts. Was family owned but now owned by Diego however they have kept the small nature despite all Bombay Sapphire being made here. The creative green house has examples of the plants used in the gin. The gin was very nice and the film about the distillery was good and had a choice of three gins to choose from. Would recommend a tour. The cafe was a nice surprise as the platter we had was so great value.
